To get started with Remarketing you must be a Google Adwords member and enable Remarketing. Next, Google tracks when a user sees particular items on shopping sites from sites that have participated in Google’s Remarketing program within Google Adwords and targets these users with Ads based on the product or category that they were viewing throughout Google Ad Network enabled sites.
