Brian Wong of Kiip, has taken his idea of turning Ads into Rewards to mainstream as Advertisers are looking for new avenues in Advertising 2.0.
Brian developed the mobile platform Kiip that offers rewards to gamers as they advance within their games and hit certain moments of acheivement. As Wong explained to us, the model is designed to connect with users when they have “moments of happiness” or “moments of achievement” within the games. He goes as far as to say the Ads are being displayed when dopamine levels peak.
Kiip has just had it’s 2-year anniversary and already has clients such as Pepsi, American Apparel, Best Buy, and Disney.
